Rates for Licensed Professional Counselors ​

(rates are dependent upon experience)

• $130 - $185 per 50-55 minute session for individuals,

• $160 - $225 per 50-60 minute session for couples or families

Rates for Associate Licensed Professional Counselors

• $125 per 50-60 minute session for individuals,

• $145 per 50-60 minute session for couples or families

​

In-Network Insurances Accepted

• Insurance accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna & Cigna

• Also a Flatwater Foundation Supporter (please ask)

Additional Fees for In-Network Insurance Clients

• We charge a $40 administrative fee in addition to your co-pay for each session. This fee allows us to defray some of the costs associated with being an insurance provider because the cost of offering this convenience has continued to rise. We have remained an insurance provider so that we can offer affordable services to clients.

• Insurance Companies allow us to charge an administrative fee if the client is notified before receiving services.

Sliding Fees Available

• Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please ask about it if you are in need of assistance.

Payment 

• All major credit cards accepted for payment on our secure Patient Portal.

• Please make arrangements in advance for Cash, check

​

Cancellation Policy 

• A $125 late cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• For appointments scheduled but missed and not canceled in advance, the full fee will be assessed.
